Pallet rack safety netting retrofitted across a busy fulfilment centre, replacing the need for steel mesh without closing the aisles.
The Challenge
High-bay racking ran alongside busy pick aisles. The site wanted protection from falling stock at the rear of the racking, without the cost, weight and denting of steel mesh.
Our Approach
We surveyed every run of racking, measured each bay and planned the install in phases so only a small section was ever out of use. Our own managed team fitted the netting and handed each phase back the same day.
